FDA Food Safety Kit for Moms-to-Be

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Web site has educational materials on food safety for pregnant women. Specific topics covered include listeria, methylmercury, and toxoplasma. (See Lutz and Przytulski, 4 edition, pages 209-210.)

An online video for the women streaming in English or Spanish for modem or broadband is available at http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~pregnant/vlwhmtb.html. The same URL provides downloadable files via broadband and Windows Media.
