Head-to-Toe Assessment Video

Welcome! Below you will find a 12 minute head-to-toe physical assessment, which for technical reasons has been divided into seven segments. Of course your goal is to perform the brief head-to-toe physical assessment as one uninterrupted procedure, and watching the seven clips in order, one after another, will approximate that experience.

In order to view QuickTime Video, you must have QuickTime 6 or higher installed. Click the button to the right to download the most recent version.

In order to view Flash Video, you must have Adobe Flash Player installed. Click the button to the right to download and install the plug-in.

Apple iPod versions require Apple iTunes. You can download the current version of Apple iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/.
