Interactive Assessment Tool

Create a patient assessment and select the correct nursing diagnosis with the Interactive Assessment Tool. This tool allows you to fill-in each component of the assessment and then review a summary tailored specifically for that individual client. Once completed, you can email your instructor or yourself and print a hardcopy for review.
